The spa pool we had installed is perfect, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful Jim Galpin and his colleagues are. We wanted this both for pleasure and as a therapy pool for my husband, and it serves both purposes well. Our installation was difficult because the pool had to be craned over a wall, but despite complications, everything was done efficiently and professionally. The same is true of ongoing service, which has always been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My highest recommendation!
