LIFETIME STEEL STRUCTURE WARRANTY
The frame is crucial to the integrity and resilience of any spa. That’s why Vita Spa uses steel frames on the majority of its spas and all swim spas – and why it carries a lifetime warranty.
Should any issue arise during the operation of your spa related to the frame, Vita Spa will cover repair or replacement and fix the spa back to factory specifications.

ABS SEALED BASE
Also key to the longevity and integrity of every Vita Spa spa and swim spa is the ABS sealed base.
As a key element in the spa’s support structure, the ABS base’s one-piece construction is a rugged foundation sealing the bottom of the spa, locking in heat and sealing out moisture.

The structure, insulation, and overall design of Vita Spa spas and swim spas allow them to be serviced at your home, saving you time and money.
Technicians will restore your spa to factory specifications, increasing the lifespan of the spa.
NORTHERN EXPOSURE INSULATION
Vita Spa Northern Exposure patented thermal barrier technology recycles heat energy for more efficient heating and lower energy costs.
When Vita Spa builds your spa, they line all four sides plus the floor and cover with reflective copper material. This reflects radiant heat energy generated by the spa pumps back into the spa and plumbing, raising and maintaining water temperature.
In addition, the entire spa exterior (just inside the DuraMAAX cabinetry) is wrapped in industry-leading 3M Thinsulate™ insulation, the same incredible material you’ll find in quality winter wear like jackets and gloves. This three-layer design ensures energy created by the spa stays in the spa.
BLUEMAAX INSULATION
Vita Spa Northern Exposure insulation system features eco-friendly BlueMAAX® insulation.
Made from recycled natural fiber, BlueMAAX is approved by the U.S. Green Building Council. The insulation contains no chemical irritants, is treated with a borate based solution to prevent mold/mildew growth, pest infestation, and acts as a fire retardant.
BlueMAAX replaces the urethane foam in “foam-filled” hot tubs. (Foam filling produces volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which are harmful.)
