I recently purchased a refurbished spa from Jim at Custom Spas Direct. The experience was so good that I had to write something. It was a refurb so I got it really cheap and it looks as good as new. But the best part was the service. Jim set up a time for me to come and see the spa at this warehouse. While we were talking, he offered to come to my house and go over what I needed to do to prepare for it. When the spa was delivered, everything went smoothly. The delivery guys were very professional. They hooked it up quickly, filled it, checked everything and then went over everything I needed to know to maintain the spa. The delivery guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was enjoying my spa later that night and use it a couple of nights a week now. I couldn’t be happier!
